Disappointing Experience Despite Being a Regular Customer! I’m a regular customer here, so this experience was especially disappointing. Today, I ordered 14 individual boxes of sushi for six different people. Without asking or confirming with me, one of the staff members, a young woman with black hair put the entire order into two large party trays. When I asked why the order had been packaged this way, I was told they were running low on individual boxes. I completely understand that a restaurant can occasionally run short on supplies, but given that this was a large order specifically intended for six different people, I would have expected the staff to at least ask me before changing the packaging. What made the situation more frustrating was the employee’s cold and dismissive response. There seemed to be very little concern about the inconvenience or about finding a reasonable solution. Afterward, I also tried reaching out to ownership through the email address they provided as well as through their social media, but I have not received any response. This is my first time here and honestly thought the food was good. I had a poke bowl, the memorial roll and agadashi tofu. Food felt fresh and there portion wasnt half bad. Highly recommend there lemonade and peach guava green tea. I thought there music selection was old school for me, but they were great hits. Only compliant I had was the service. It wasnt bad, just make sure you get everything you order. They forgot like 2 small items, but other than that it had a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you haven't tried it.

Papa yu is a great local spot for a well priced and sized poke bowl. The fish ingredients are fresh and include unagi. The toppings provided, while more on the basic side, were also good

This restaurant is in an Asian cultural plaza so the expectations are higher and they meet everyone of them. Poke bowl taste very crisp. The spicy vibrant red tuna was fresh and abundantly proportioned. It was all really delicious
